Shipping policy

Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). 

Our shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items.


At the time of processing your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the charges and the estimated delivery date.

MISSING OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Damages to the merchandise while in transit are rare, but occasionally do happen. Please ensure that you inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. Should your items incur any damages or defects, please contact us for assistance within 48 hours of receipt, so that we may file a claim. Submissions after 48 hours are subject to review.
 
ALASKA & HAWAII:
At this time we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologize for any inconvenience!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the U.S. territories or foreign countries at this time.
