Refund policy

 

We will gladly offer you a refund on any eligible merchandise within 15 days of delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are sent back in original condition.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. To start a return, you can click here.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Once your return has been approved, please pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging if possible. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to the package and take the package to a UPS drop-off location, or schedule a pickup! 
  3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
  4. You can expect your return to be processed within 14 days of your accepted return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


We do not accept exchanges, customer will have to return the original item and place a new order for a different one.
